Toddlers in the Nursery of Bolton School have been exploring their nature area, situated behind their building.
Fun and tactile activities have included tree hugging, lying on the ground in the leaves and looking up to the sky to see what they can see. Girls and boys saw the tall trees, birds nests and birds. They also undertook some tree rubbings and stuck natural resources such as leaves and twigs to the tree using playdough.
