Year 12 student Carol Habib has this term worked to raise awareness of and support for the charity Brain Tumour Research. She first led a whole school assembly to talk to her fellow pupils about this charity and the work they do, then visited each form to collect donations totalling £122.07.
She said:
I wanted to raise money and awareness for this charity to support the research looking into finding a cure to brain tumour.
