The Mathematics Department at Bolton School Girls’ Division has, once again this year, delivered after-school Maths enrichment classes for Year 6 pupils at Lostock Primary School. This year also saw participation from able pupils from St Bernard’s, Pikes Lane, Haslam Park and St Mary’s primary schools.
The classes are aimed at able and talented pupils and aim to provide challenging, fun activities which are beyond the scope of the primary curriculum and to give a taste of the mathematics covered at senior school level.
